When you successfully take a qualifying development loan product introduced through Developer Money Market you will be able to enjoy free benefits from us*.
Our current reward programme will give you FREE points towards professional marketing and design services that will enable you to create a great sales tools for your new project!! A professionally produced brochure may often be the first impression a potential buyer will have of your property development and so a stylish, informative and eye catching design may mean the difference between a viewing or no viewing!
For every £100,000 of net facility taken through Developer Money Market, you will get 25 points towards your marketing costs. See below examples of how these points may be used together with our terms and conditions.

*Our Rewards Terms & Conditions:
- Only borrower clients that have sourced their loans through Developer Money Market may apply
- The loan facility must have had at least the first drawdown before points are available to claim
- The points may only be used for marketing and design services through an agency introduced by Developer Money Market
- Points may not be accumulated and rolled to a separate application
- Developer Money Market reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time, with reasonable notice
- Applicants must redeem the offer of reward points and instruct the appropriate marketing services within 18 months of receiving the first loan drawdown
- The reward points must all be redeemed within 3 years of an initial claim
- By claiming reward points you are deemed to have accepted our general Terms and Conditions of Use and Private Policy
- The reward points have no cash value and no change will be given or exchange for monetary value
- The reward points may only be redeemed by the borrower that has applied for, and successfully drawn down, a loan facility through Developer Money Market
- The reward points and respective marketing services may be used for a different project (other than that for which the loan was taken) but only upon the agreement of Developer Money Market
- Extensions or increases to the initial loan facility will not attract reward points unless mutually agreed by Developer Money Market
